The biggest problem
with saddlebags is often that is the only place your weight
seems to end up. If only it wasn’t like that. Unfortunately
ladies, that’s one of the burdens of being a woman. Take it
from me, one bite of cake and it’s on my hips in minutes.
Horrible. But the good news about how to get rid of
saddlebags is that it is fairly simple to
rectify.
The best way to get
rid of saddlebags is to understand that it is
nothing more than additional weight that the body is
carrying.
If you can lose weight
generally, you’ll notice that it will start to come off from
those upper thighs. Here’s how you can get rid of saddlebags

This is the biggest
way to get rid of saddlebags. Lose weight. I know it sounds
simple but really it works. So how do you get rid of weight?
Diet in my humble opinion is the best way.
And let me offer you some quick and easy tips to get rid of
saddlebags.
Try for 5
meals a day. A lot of people are recommending 6,
but I think 5 is better and easier to fit in. Have a
wholesome breakfast of cereal and milk. Choose a piece of
fruit for a mid-morning snack. Soups and salads are
wonderful for lunches. And a handful of cashews or other
nuts will get you through the rest of the day. Dinner should
be a lean protein and another salad. I really like to eat
beans and tofu often as my protein choice. They just don’t
seem as heavy as meat. And aim to consume anywhere
between 10 and 12 times your bodyweight in pounds as
calories. This will ensure that you will lose
weight and get rid of saddlebags.
And if you were just
to ask me for my single best tip it would be to make
all of your liquids calorie free. And drink water
before and after each meal. It’ll help keep you full and
help to get rid of saddlebags.
Okay, so diet is the
foundation. But to build toned legs we need to add
exercise. And make it easy for yourself. You don’t
have to run marathons. Just bring it into your lifestyle.
Choose to park further away from where you need to go so you
can walk whenever possible. And one of the best things for
toned legs and calves is to take the stairs whenever
possible. Especially if you’re in high
heels!
You should aim to talk
any stairs that are 3 or less flights in length. This is not
hard to do, and you won’t break out in a sweat. Just start
to choose differently.
This will really get
rid of saddlebags if you follow them. Be persistent
and patient. You know these are virtues and our
saddlebags didn’t happen overnight. So be gentle on yourself
too as you work on how to get rid of
saddlebags.
You can do it. You
will do it. Watch your diet and do some exercise to tone
your muscles and you’ll get rid of saddlebags within
a few short weeks. It really can
happen.
