But what about my juice and wine and beer and pop. Ah that’s the rub friends. The idea is to replace all your calorie laden beverages with green tea.

You’ll be amazed at how such a simple tip will elevate your weight loss efforts. Friends, folks generally overlook the amount of calories they consume in liquid form. And this truly circumvents their weight loss efforts.

Additional great news about drinking green tea for weight loss is that it’ll keep you full in between meals. It’ll also protect you from certain cancers and heart disease. Also, you’ll have a lower risk of gall stones and kidney stones too. And in no time at all you’ll be thin like the Japanese.

I know some of you might be concerned about the amount of caffeine you’ll be consuming. But 6 cups of green tea for weight loss has less caffeine than 1 Starbucks grande coffee. You can also find decaffeinated green teas at most supermarkets. This still maintains the metabolism boosting benefits as they are unrelated to green tea.
